It also reduces stress, reduces inflammation, reduces fat cells on a very deep level and because you’re moving your body to create the sweat, it will help with any tension and anxiety you are feeling. Sweating benefits are going to improve your sex life. Your confidence and mental alertness all benefit from a good sweat too.

I like to get a good sweat going first thing in morning with a fasted cardio session. It helps my body stay in fat burning mode throughout the day.

Sweating to me is like my cup of tea in the morning! A must have and must do.
